Psychotherapy
I use a blend of cognitive behavioural and dialectical behavioural therapy to assess your needs, develop goals, and build treatment plans. I ensure each therapeutic process is unique to the individual's wants and needs as no two people struggle the same. We will start by looking at your current functioning and developing goals. Then we will collaboratively use evidence-based techniques and interventions to work through your concerns, and we will gently challenge unhelpful ways of thinking to ensure you are leaving therapy with a well-rounded understanding of who you are, how you think, and how you feel. All the while, the space will be open for you to process any thoughts or experiences you'd like. Finally, we will build a relapse prevention plan to ensure you are armed with tools that work for you.
